Spring Challenge: Revitalize your practice!

It’s 2022, and let’s face it - a lot has happened over the last 2 years that likely has impacted your practice. It at least certainly has impacted mine (virtual classes at home with 3 cats, walking all over the computer, could only last so long). So let’s work together to re-ground ourselves and find meaning and routine in our practice again… with a challenge! (and yes, rewards are involved!)

You Always Win With Pilates

Earlier this year, dozens of our community members participated in our 30 Session Spring Challenge with the goal of completing 30 sessions or classes in 8 weeks. We are excited to announce that one client, Maria D., reached 30 sessions during the challenge and won a free month of membership!

How to Work Out from Home + Love it
